Music Zirconia only works with the TOP tribute and cover bands. We are highly selective and we choose to only represent acts that are both professional and higly entertaining.

What if I'm looking for an act that isn't listed on this site?

We only list acts that we have representative agreements with, however we retain a large database of acts of all genres. Chances are, if you can decribe what you are looking for we can provide you the tribute act.

Can I book "original acts"?

Music Zirconia has choosen to work exclusively with Tribute Bands and Cover Bands. If you are looking for the original entertainer there are certainly agencies that may be able to provide you with that contact. The advantage of using Music Zirconia is that many of our tributes cover musical acts that no longer exist. You may want to have The Rolling Stones play at your event, but that would be impossible, so we can provide you with the next best thing at a fraction of what it would have cost to book the original act.

What does a Tribute Band or Cover band cost?

Our bands generally run from between $2500 to $10,000 for a show.
The price depends on MANY factors including; the act's abilities, experience, production and popularity. The date of your event and the location also affects the price. Also we take into consideration travel expenses. What type of show is it? Is production provided? Is it a multiple day booking? These items also affect the final price.

Does the price quoted include travel costs?

This depends on whether or not the event is within 100 miles of the bands home base. Some times there is no travel expenses and other times travel must be provided for.

Will entertainers customize their material for us?

This also depends on the act and the situation. Most bands will learn requested songs if given enough notice in advance.

Firstly, fill out our request form or call us to discuss your wishes.

After we've determined availability of an act we will need to put in a firm offer - A firm offer is a written commitment, on the part of the buyer to book the specific entertainer for a specific date, for a specific assignment, for a specified fee. Firm offers are always made in writing and can either be mailed or faxed. Contact us when you are ready to do this.

After a "firm offer" has been accepted by the entertainer, Music Zirconia. will issue the contracts and all the follow-up arrangements.

Can I speak with the entertainer before they come to our event?

In most cases you will be able to get to know at at least one representative from your entertainment act prior to the event date.

What are the payment arrangements and contractual procedures?

Typically, a 50% retainer is required with the signed contract and the balance payment becomes due on the day of performance however, some charity fundraisers are allowed some latitude.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation by the purchaser, client, venue, or producer, due to inclement weather, or any other reason, the Musicians/Artists shall be paid the contracted purchase price in full. If Musicians/Artists should be unable to perform in all or in part due to illness, accidents, death etc., purchaser shall be refunded all retainer payments accordingly. These terms are often subject to change during contract negotiations.
